Dear friends of the Delle Nazioni,
we at Club Costa Vacanze Hotels we have always been prepared to offer you safe and pleasant holidays. This year we needed a little more time to organise ourselves in the best possible way, so that we would be able to implement a series of measures to ensure that you have the best possible stay, as we do every year.
As per current regulations, you will find sanitizing gel for your hands to use as often as you like.
If you have any doubts about how to behave in the hotel, you can both count on our staff and consult the appropriate signs that you will find along the common areas.
In addition, for the greater protection of all guests and those who want to use the common areas, the latter will be cleaned several times a day with alcohol-based cleaners.
We have always paid particular attention to the cleanliness of your rooms, this year We'll sanitize every guest change with even greater care.
We took measurements in the dining room. the tables spaced from each other in full compliance with the rules to allow you to eat safely and comfortably. In addition, food service will be served at the table by our staff. Any buffet food will be served, no self-service buffet is allowed.
Entertainment 2020 although more "sober", will still be absolutely present in our hotel. The aperitif will be served, the weekly party will be a delicious gala dinner accompanied by piano bar and the typical Romagna dinner will be enjoyed sitting at the table.
As always, every family will be able to continue to enjoy our private beachhaving the right to a beach umbrella and two sunbeds.
You'll still have room at the beach: the umbrellas will be properly spaced from each other in accordance with the social distancing rules.
It is with great regret that we are forced to inform you that our wellness area will not be open because it would be impossible for us, given the nature of the place and the rules laid down, to allow everyone to use the service properly.
Mum and dad can rest assured: at Delle Nazioni we have also thought of their children.
During the mini-club and the fun activities the children will be divided both by age group and in small groups in shifts.
Between one shift and the next, the material used will be sanitized and the activities will be carried out strictly outdoors, respecting the expected interpersonal distance between all participants, animators included.
Our smile, although covered by the mask, will be even warmer: we are here and we are waiting for you to make you feel good and spend a holiday equally special.
